Terms and Conditions
Shipping to UK mainland address is free, if the order value exceeds £10. Under £10 a £3 charge is made. All orders are sent by 1st class post. Buyers from other locations please contact email@example.com for a shipping quote. We aim to ship orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day where possible. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We also ship on Saturday mornings. Please note however that occasionally circumstances mean that we may not ship this quickly. If there is likely to be any significant delay with shipping your order we will contact you. If you are outside the UK, please contact us by e-mail for prices. We are also able to offer a next day delivery service at additional cost. Please contact us for prices.
Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we can not guarante the above & Rotal Mail may take longer to make deliveries
As a rough guide, you should expect to receive your order as follows:
1st Class Post: Royal Mail state 1 to 3 working days, however this is NOT guaranteed.
If you your order is urgent, please contact us by e-mail and we will ensure speedy despatch and the correct service for your requirements.
Rest of World
We do charge for shipping outside of the UK. You can make a purchase in 2 ways.
Either purchase on the website & we will contact you with the shipping cost. If that is OK with you we will send a PayPal invoice for shipping. Once the invoice is paid will send the goods.
Alternatively. contact us with your requirements we will then let you know shipping cost. If you agree we will invoice you for the full amount. Once invoice is paid your goods will be dispatched.
In either case goods will be held for 7 days in your name. If purchase is not completed the order will be cancelled.
During the Covid crisis and increased charges we are no longer accepting payment by credit card through our trusted provider Worldpay. We are still accepting payments using PayPal.
We trade at a number of events over the year, which means we will be away at these times and despatch may take a little longer. We will put a note on the homepage when we are away. While away, we generally have access to e-mail so we will still try to deal with queries where possible.
Returns & Refund Policy
Non Faulty goods
If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, you have 7 working days in which to let us know by e-mail. In the email state invoice number and the reason you wish to return the goods. Also state if you require an alternative item or refund. Please then return the goods in the original packaging with tags still attached along with the invoice and a note giving reason for return. Clothing must be unworn and be in resalable condition. Goods must be returned within 30 days. We will then either issue a refund by original payment method or dispatch replacement item. You will be responsible for all postage costs.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail. Depending on the fault we will either offer to refund or replace the faulty item. Once the goods are returned to us and proven to be faulty we will also refund your return postage costs.
If your item is not in stock, we will call you and discuss a replacement, or back order it for you.
Bazzar Pixie do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than to our card payment provider, when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We DO NOT sell our mailing lists to anyone. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. Data collected by this site is used to;
- Take and fulfil customer orders
- Administer the site and service
- Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our accredited payment bureau.
